Its not turning over at all and its not the battery. I just put an new air filter on gas filter, oil change and spark plug.

Near the starter solenoid, theres a small wire that runs from the battery ( hot side) to the ign switch. Theres a small inline fuse that sometimes blows out, try checking/changing this. Are the battery connections clean/tight? How is the battery cable condition? Any cracks/openings/loose connectors? If it was running before and not now, its doubtful its a saftey switch.

This is a common problem with Tecumseh engines. You need to replace the little rubber seal at the end of the dipstick tube, where it meets the engine. That simple. You can get one through your local small engine shop, or try Tecumseh on their website.
DO NOT USE ANY SORT OF GLUE AS ABOVE ANSWERS HAVE SUGGESTED AND THIS IS NOT AN OVERFILLING RELATED PROBLEM. Just replace the seal.
I've seen this problem many times and fixed it the way I have explained here every time. It works.

before the prime knob would get hard being filled with gas but now it feels empty and I can't get it to fill up and I guess may also be the reason that the motor won't stat running but for a second after putting tiny bit of gas in thraot of carb. ??? thanks...........

yea u need to check ur gas lines to make sure their not cracked, check the bulb because u may not have to replace it, and check carb gasket... if their are any signs of cracking in any of em, replace them... whats happening is somewhere air is getting in and displacing the gas, not allowing for a good suction...

I'v checked gas oil and put a new spark plug on it.

Several models of Murrays were recalled. Check the website link recalls. You may get refunded due to a safety issue.....
