I dont really understand this terminology in my owner's manual for my commercial lawn mower.

can anyone please describe in words what this is and how to do it in very simple language?

also it says that once a year I should "clean combustion chambers" on the engine.

It's important to keep dirt and grime off of the fins because it impedes heat to air transfer and can result in the engine running too hot. Spraying water with a small spray bottle into the carb with the air cleaner off while the engine is running at high speed will clean combustion chamber.

2006 Husqvarna Lawn Mower commercial

Why do most landscapers use commercial walk behind mowers when the cost of a brand new garden or yard tractor is so much less? I was looking to start up a buisness and I found that a 8 - 10 year old walk nehind commercial walk behind mower (36-48 inches) is the same price as a brand new tractor? Commercial lawn mowers are built for just that. Mowing, and a lot of it. They are designed to mow the largest area , for as little time as necessary and transported to the next job. They are also to be used everyday.

Garden tractors are designed to be used once a week, and designed for other uses as well. Attempting to use a garden tractor for commercial use will work, for a while but the tractor will need replaced after the first season or two. Most commercial will mow more grass in a month than most homeowners will mow in three years.

Mowing residential and commercial property for business. What would work well?

Well, I inspect metal gears and such for lawn mowers, and I recommend Toro. Their quality demands are far higher than Deere or any others.
