4 year old on zero turn lawn mower

I have a little over/under 3,000 dollar budget. I would like a deck width of atleast 34'' and up to 42''. I know the toro at home depot is a good buy and is ranked high by consumer reports. Is there any dixon, exmark, hustlers, etc for under 3,000? Also does anyone know a website for used zero turn lawn mowers besides craigslist and ebay?

I've seen John deere zero turns for 2999 at Lowes. I personally would never buy a John Deere but for a small budget they are a good buy.

it has gas, battery is charged, pto is off, it is in neutral, etc. the last couple of months i noticed it seems to be cranking slower and slower before it fires, i moved it the other day, left it outside overnight went to get on it and noting at all, no start, no crank, not a peep (i know very little about lawn mowers, besides they apparently shouldnt be left outside over night.

Well I guess first I would make sure your getting 12 volts to the starter when trying to start it. If you are then the starter went bad and needs rebuilt or replaced. If your not getting 12 volts to the starter then you have a poor connection or a short to ground. Also I know you said the battery is charged but does it go weak when under load, as in when trying to start it does read 10 volts or more, if not it is weak under load and the battery will need replaced. How old is the battery lawn and garden batteries are only good for about 3 years.
