I do not know much about pullies or gears yet and i need suggestions on making this machine faster and more powerful

I agree... Do your homework with the "Almighty Internet"... It's full of stuff... But, as for me, my first move (completely experimental) would be the gearing...

A small gear turns at a less rate at it's teeth, than a large gear would with the same shaft speed... Which means faster, but less torque... The larger the gear, the faster it will spin at it's teeth, but the torque is substituted for speed... As with a smaller gear, the smaller gear = more torque at the teeth, but less speed... When you combine gears, you start tweaking the power to torque ratio... This is where the science comes in... Also, this is where I stop and the internet starts... Learn as much as possible about gears, gear ratios, amount of teeth, and how gears work together to create torque and speed efficiently...

I am having trouble removing the left rear tire on my 16.5 42 in husky riding lawn mower. It seems to be stuck. Does anyone know how to get it off?

The only way to remove from mower is to cut off without causing damage to transaxle. Manufactures do not use never-sieze on there products. Do not try to hit off rim with hammer, will cause damage to axle asm.
