    Advance Auto will present an Open Car, Bike & Truck Show from 5 to 8 p.m. at McAlister’s Deli, 4950 Centre Pointe Drive in North Charleston near Tanger Outlets. Registration is $10 per vehicle and begins at 5 p.m. Trophies will be awarded by class size and participant judging. There also will be Sponsor’s Choice trophies. Classes will be Corvettes; motorcycles; sport compact; Mustangs; street rods; trucks; and years 1900-62, 1963-71, 1972-89 and 1990-present. Proceeds will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

    Antique tractor and engine exhibits, lawn-mower pulling, farm-tools and equipment auction and tractor competitions are features of the Berkeley County Museum’s 8th annual Antique Tractor & Engine Show. The two-day event will be held at Old Santee Canal Park in Moncks Corner. Gates open at 9 a.m. Admission is $7 for adults, free for children 10 and younger. For more information, call the museum at (843) 899-5101. Other events include an encampment of Civil War re-enactors and arts and crafts exhibits. Proceeds support the museum’s educational outreach program and the development of new exhibits and displays. Participants include Berkeley Classic Antique Tractor & Engine Club, Antique Tractor and Engine Association of Charleston, Lowcountry Tractor and Engine Association, Swamp Fox Antique Tractor and Engine Club, Sunny Plain Antique Power Association and Waccamaw Tractor & Engine Club.
