The statues should be able to withstand the weather all year round. Resin would be good as it is lightweight for putting on fence posts but other material would be okay as well.

2 years ago my roommate and his mom went to a store somewhere and she bought him a garden gargoyle statue. When he came home I absolutely loved it. He said there was one more left, so my husband and I went out and bought it.

Well our roommate moved out. My husband and I came home only to discover that both gargoyles were gone. I call our roommate and ask wtf he tok them both for. His excuse: "It's bad luck to separate them". That's so ridiculous!!! Is that true??
