I'm going to buy a bistro set tomorrow..what else can I add tipps please..I want it to be loungy
I have 2 toddlers so I can't have any possible fire hazard things..

A bistro set is a great start. You can also buy outdoor rugs in a variety of sizes (Google outdoor rug) and if your patio isn't large it shouldn't be very expensive to cover the floor. Install some ceiling hooks and hang some ferns (about $8 each at Lowe's) or if it is a balcony, a hanging windowbox (e.g. http://www.suzyrenovator.com/wp-content/ uploads/embossed-copper-planter-plow-hea rth.jpg). Finally, if there is a plug try some golden Christmas lights or paper lantern(s), and if there isn't tealights in holders or some candles will do wonders. Hope this helps!

Our wedding is next summer and I'm having a really hard time finding the perfect ceremony and reception site/s. We're also thinking about having it in Chicago, so I'll take suggestions for there too. Thanks!

This will sound strange, but check out the roof of the Milwaukee Transit Center and the adjacent Harbor Lights Room. I attended a wedding there two summers ago and the backdrop (Lake Michigan and the Calatrava addition of the Milwaukee Art Museum) was spectacular. Pick the right Saturday night and you'll get the added benefit of free fireworks from the Summerfest grounds across the street. (We enjoyed Italian Fest fireworks, which were super.)

Are you wanting a plant or ground cover for such a narrow space or a permanent filler?

If you use masonry cement, you might have good luck with it if you dig down about 3 inches or 4, lay it out evenly and mist it with water from a hose. That's the simplest way but may result in cracking later.

You certainly do not want to block off those crawl space holes.

Those are vents that vent out the crawl space and prevent stagnation of air down there and prevent mold and mildew problems from developing in the crawl space.

You need a grate material, something you can walk on, yet will allow passage of air. Pet supply houses handle plastic grate material which comes in black and white and sometimes in colors. You can easily cut this to size of the openings. This grating is used in animal cages and in dog enclosures and is rather inexpensive.

A propane heater generates carbon monoxide. A car's exhaust generates cabon monoxide.

Would you work in your garage with the car running? I don't think so, not unless you had the garage door open. Same goes for propane heaters.
