I'm looking for either a sectional with at least 1 reclining chair and ideally a pull out bed or a loveseat and sofa (with pullout bed). I'd like to keep the amount paid less than $1200. I don't want microsuede, microfiber or leather, only fabric. Any thoughts?

You might like Modabode. However, it isn't local. It's actually online but the shipping is supposed to be free so that's almost as good as local.

You might find buying the entire sectional sofa to be too costly and out of your price range, so I recommend going there and choosing pieces individually to create your own set.

They offer that option with most sectionals and let you customize it if you need to, in terms of cloth, etc.

You might want to go to Furniture for Small Spaces first. They provide a selection of small scale sectional sofas that link directly to some of Modabode's sectionals.

Sectionals are curved and so I am a little confused.

Sectionals come in pieces.There will be a corner piece,a right side facing piece and a left side facing piece.Measurements should be for each piece.

My basement has a nice sized family room, but the problem is getting furniture down there. My wife isn't crazy about most of the sectional furniture that we have seen. She would like a sofa and two chairs, but I don't think a sofa will fit down the stairs. Does anybody have suggestions of nice looking sectionals, small sofas, or other ideas? We live in the Denver area.

There is a furniture company called England (sold at stores in Denver), that has a type of sectional which is like two curved love seets brought together. It is a more contemporary look and you can have it done in any fabric they have. I've seen a few like this. Here is the link to what they look like. And they guarantee your custom order is done in less than three weeks. The throw pillows are also special ordered in any color combination you want. My sister had this done and it looks great. The single pieces may be easier to move down there.
