I am the Senior Estimator for a timber window and door manufacturer and we have made these in the past. Unfortunately we don't make them anymore but I can tell you who does.

The company is Carey & Fox and they have a very good reputation. They won't be cheap and would think you would be looking somewhere about £3000 minimum supply for doors that are about 2400mm wide. Last time we made some of these it was £900 cost just for the itonmongery.

The glass in your patio door will be probably be of the toughened type which is impossible to cut after hardening, so it will not be possible to fit a catflap. If it is normal plate glass it can be done at your risk, you will have to ask a local glazier to take a look.

This is a small, mobile sink that hooks up to the outside hose for the water.

This question has gone a week without an answer. If this is a prebuilt unit that you purchases form a retail store, there should be an owners manual that will tell you how to hook it up. Any hardware store should have the parts.

If this is something you are going to design and construct using an old sink, your local hardware store, Lowe's, or Home Depot will have the advice and parts necessary to make all of the connections.

I fabricated an outside sink a few years ago and now find it invaluable.

I work for a company that does this kind of business. I know it's not my company, but was just wondering who does their products come from?

the concrete cast products business is regional in nature, not national.

that's because the product weighs too much to haul more than a few hundred miles, even in semi-tractor loads.

you can likely find these suppliers through the major cement makers ... concrete cast products firms buy cement in railroad car lots. they may decline to respond unless you ask on your company's letterhead.

there are other resources as well ... business to business directories, for example.


if you're willing to be a bit sneaky, watch the supply of product at your local HD. When it gets low, ask the garden department manager when he expects to have more available [esp. if he knows you as a customer already]. Then watch the store the day/night before the expected delivery and see whose truck delivers it.
