I have 6 wrought iron bistro chairs outside on my patio that I would like to buy chair pads/cushions for. Most places it seems the cushions are $30+ apiece! I think that's outrageous. Where can I find some that are more reasonable? Keep in mind these need to be outdoor cushions for my patio. Thank you!

I hope someone gives you a good answer cause I would like to know too. I bought some at Lowes last year. They already look awful and they hold water for DAYS after it rains. They have the same brand there this year....so steer clear of those.

What can you recommend on patio chair cushions storage in the summer when not in use. There are lots of animals walking on backyard at night - raccoons, rabbits, chipmunks, opossums, etc. I start having goosebumps when I think any of them sitting on these cushions and me and my baby after them in the morning. I try to think of some storage for the cushions at home for the night. Any ideas?

I have the same problems with night critters.
I have bought a heavy duty plastic toy box that I keep under my deck. This box is tan and has a hinged lid that just flips up. It is weather proof and keeps out rain, dust and critters.
It is big enough to store cushions.
(there are boxes like these not specifically for toys that are great for outdoor storage.)

If you need to bring the cushions in the house at night,
you could slip them under a couch or bed. They are flat and should easily fit under either of these.

I think you can get stuff to repair it. But it's tricky.

I have a set of patio chair cushions. They are sort of a tiny open weave and I believe they are vinyl.
I moved to an area with that red clay soil and when the wind blows it lands on these chairs and stains them.
I tried Oxi-clean, bleach, Lime away, Dishwasher soap, Fantastic cleaner, Simple Green.
Nothing worked at all!
I used a heavy duty scrub brush too!
I hope someone has the solution for me.

Why don't you try kaboom. It's a purple spray liquid. Cleans everything I've tried it on. I have a red shale driveway and it can be like a permanent dye on some material. It may not be possible to get it to go away. After letting the Kaboom sit for a while on the cushions, use a pressure washer on them. Take the cushions to the car wash if you don't have a pressure washer at home. Hope this helps.

Our patio cushions are in good shape, but we want to recover them because the sun has faded the color and there are spills. I am not sure of the best way to do this.

Go to your local hardware store and take one with you and ask if they have covers to put over them so you wont see the stains.or try washing one in the washing machine and if that works do the others. put the washing machine on the slowest mode possible and use good stain removing washing powder. It should go well.
