I have had that exact chair at work for over a year now. It is very comfortable and I guess more engaging for the core muscles...hard to notice something like that, it's so subtle.
Pros:
It is easy to take 5 or 10 minutes during your day and stretch or work your abs.
Cons:
It doesn't swivel or go up or down. Although you can adjust height a bit by inflating or deflating the ball.
Overall, if it will be the right height for your desk I would recommend it.

i have a dog and the neighbours dog likes to come over to play with her. i am completely fine with this as she likes his company and his owners are ok with it also as wel live in a rural area and he always goes home after playing so there is no problems there. also dont worry as my girl is fixed. but he however is not and therefore when he comes he likes to pee all over the outdoor furniture. is there something like pepper or lemon or something i can put on the area so he doesnt do it? a natural home made remedy as i like him coming over but am sick of cleaning after him.
there is a spray i buy at walmart even that is a training spray to keep your pets off stuff but if you read the can it can be used outside to keep other animals away also.
I'm moving to a new home in a few weeks and with all the new carpet and furniture, I want him to be comfortable living outside most of the time. As it is, he likes to be outdoors, but only for short periods of time. Once he's ready to come back inside, he meows and crys at the door until someone lets him in. I don't want to have to give my kitty up. Please help!!!
The other part of the reason for this (for those who think I'm being cruel) is that he has a bladder problem which can not be fixed other than by very expensive surgery) which has lately caused him to urinate in places other than his litter box. I have tried several things to help the situation (getting an extra litter box so there are two in the house and buying special litter which is supposed to help but hasn't). I can't stand to give him up or put him down just because of this problem. I'd rather have him more comfortable living outside.
Is the garage attached to the house? We put a kitty door in our garage so she could go in and out at will. Granted she could go only as far as the garage when she wanted back in, but it allowed for safety from the weather and dogs couldn't get through since they were too big.

We have many cats to get rid of to good homes. Because we live behind the local animal shelter where apparently they arent accepting any animals, ppl have been droping them off and they end up making our home theirs.
Does anyone know who could help us get rid of them. We have several that were "ours" to start with but have accumulated more than 30extra outdoor cats, some indoor. They are all Un-Fixed and are breeding like crazy and our local animal shelter will not help us. With my parents on fixed income its impossiable to get 40+ cats fixed at close to $40 each.
If anyone knows anything that could help us PLEASE Let us know! My parents are going stir crazy with the smell of cats! And they ruine the furniture, house and property!
PLEASE HELP!
To the person whom asked where I lived and I quote "it would help to know where you lived" it states in the title of my question WV which for those of u whom dont know state abbreviations its WEST VIRGINIA!

My 5 yr old cat spent the first 4yrs of his life as an outdoor cat and then i moved to an apt where its not possible for him to go out, ive been living here for a yr and he's still acting up... running around like a maniac, sprinting out the door, defecating where he shouldn't, ripping up furniture... i have toys for him but it doesnt help much. Since the cat is unhappy should I try to find a home for him where he has more freedom to go outside, I dont want to give him but I don't know what else to do anymore. Plus ive been considering moving in w/ my bf but hes allergic to cats which causes a whole other problem.
He is fixed and I wouldn't be doing it for the boy, its just a secondary thought. I love the cat and just want him to be happy
Actually Ive been concerned about my cat for the past year since we moved, he has a medium size climbing stand and when cats are depressed they do things like tear up furniture(which he didnt do before), attack the roommates cat, go to the bathroom where he shouldnt and try to run outside, i have done things that were recommended to help him they just havent seemed to be working so im thinking maybe he just really does need to be outdoors... and as i said the bf thing is a secondary factor i would not give up my cat for a boy
Some cats are just not suited to the indoor only lifestyle and having spent the first 4 years of his life outside, yours is probably feeling very frustrated. When I lived in an apartment I adopted two feral kittens (both fixed) and they spent the first 3 years of their life living indoor only. Despite not being not allowed outside, the male cat never stopped trying to dash outside the front door at every opportunity and would caterwaul by the door every night. I recently moved to a house and began allowing them outside and the difference in their behaviour is very noticeable. They are much calmer indoors and the play fighting, which was beginning to get out of hand, has stopped completely.
Whilst finding him a home where he has access to the outside would be a solution, it's clear that you love him and would be sad to give him up. The web site below has an article on ways to keep an indoor cat happy and has some suggestions that you may not have tried.

Have you tried to train him to walk on a harness so that he could have supervised visits outside? This link teaches you how to do this.

If you were to move in with your boyfriend, does he have a garden where your cat could be allowed? I don't know how sympathetic your boyfriend is to the situation, but would he be prepared to look into ways of dealing with his allergy?
These links have information which may be helpful to you.

Living Willow: Garden Furniture That Grows - Home - Families.com
Why am I planting seven foot tall sticks in my front yard? Well, I love raspberries, but my tiny patch of front yard is now a mess of raspberries that are falling down on the ground. I wanted an arbor for them to climb. Instead of buying an arbor made out of former trees, I thought that I'd make an arbor out of living trees instead.
Willow weaving has a long history. In England, fences and hedgerows are built with the stuff, as are baskets. There are numerous varieties of willow, and some like coral bark willow have stunning red, orange, or black colors that are lovely to look at in the winter time. Willow can be woven into archways, fences, or even living seats for the garden. It must be planted before spring comes, so I need to get my willow rods in the ground soon.

With the current state of the market it is worry for all of those putting property up for sale that it will remain on the market for ages. For those who are wishing to pursue a speedy sale however, there are a number of strategies that if implemented, can considerably improve the chances of a sale. Fundamentally these tactics focus upon the mind of the buyer, making a property as attractive as possible in order to secure a quick sale, at the right price.
Part of getting into the heads of the buyer is to realise what part of the market you are likely to be focussing your efforts upon. By thinking of the kind of buyers that would like your property it is possible to focus your tactics upon them. This means marketing effectively and creating a property that falls into a distinct category. For example a two bedroom flat is less likely to attract families and more likely to attract young professional couples. That said, it is wise not to restrict yourself completely to one market sector, by leaving your options open, you stand more chance of securing a deal.
