When I buy seeds and try to put them outside of my house theres a red square and it wont let me place it there. So basicly im looking for an answer that tells me how to make an outdoor/garden.

you must go to your room and go to map and then click were you want to put the outdoor room,and it cost 1,000 kinz cash.

I saw at Lowes some nice garden water found kits and got a question. Do I have to have an electrician install underground electrical lines to the fountain pump or can I just use an outdoor extension plug

Until your happy with the fountain and it's location, I would think an extension cord would do fine. To be safe use a three prong cord plugged into a GFI outlet. RScott

I have just recently buried my husband at Queen of Heaven outdoor garden mausoleum and I noticed in the bench where they put flowers there were some planters with the persons picture and dates of birth and death, but I do not know where to get this. The person at the cemetary said that a lot were home made or by a monument place but I thought someone would know. I have an idea but I want to know where to go to get the photo encased so I can glue on my outdoor planter

I am replacing some old 12v outdoor garden lights for a friend's walkway. They look cheap
and are falling apart after 5-years. I want to replace them with a set of durable ones that look nice. I am avoiding solar, because they are far too dim and I already have the 12v wiring in place.
I would appreciate any recommendations.

Years ago I had Toro brand and they worked great, then I switched to solar, and I have been through sets almost once a year.

I am going back to Toro and not using solar.
Solar have some nice designs, but do not last long. It seems that the solar panel always turn cloudy and then it's trash.

Toro is my suggestion. They can be found at any local home improvement and most stores like, Target, Walmart, etc.

I have an outdoor container garden because where we live our back yard is all rocks. There is no dirt to plant in but I still wanted fresh herbs and some veggies.

I have tomatoes, garlic, Snap peas, and some herbs. The tomatoes seem to be staying the same. Not growing, nothing. The peas died completely (were vining up the side of the house, I think the house cooked the plants! Im in California) and everything else is just not getting bigger.
I water every day, used miracle grow soil.
Is there a secret i dont know?

You need to buy plants that accept containers for homes. Look for varities of tomatoes that are condusive to a pot. Tomatoes have a long tap root and many fibrous roots. They need a lot of space and a huge container. Cherry tomatoes are the most condusive to pots. Peas come up early in the season and are a cold weather crop. Once they are in the sun for too long, they die. Peas are not at all happy in a container. Peppers do well in containers, especially chili peppers. Herbs are very slow growing but depending on the herb, they need a lot of room and a lot of pot. Sage would not be good in a pot but Basil should do great. Garlic just is not a container plant but chives will do fantastic in a pot. If your plants are in total sun all day, create some afternoon shade. Some plants just cannot take a full day California sun.
